Contracts Manager

We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join our client's team. • Review, prepare and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Spot and manage contract risks
  
  Handle contract changes and claims.
• Make sure all contract terms are followed.
• Work with project teams to solve contract problems.
• Keep detailed records of all contracts.
• Report regularly on contract status

• At least 5 years of contracts management experience, preferably in mechanical contracting.
• Proven success in contract negotiations.
• Good understanding of construction contracts.
• Knowledge of European contract laws.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in different cultures and countries.
• Willing to travel across Europe when needed.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
