Compensation & Benefits

* Starting at  $60,000 depending on experience

* Performance-based bonus with the potential of earning an additional 17% of your salary

The Role:

General Manager

As a General Manager, you are the business leader of your restaurant. You'll coach and grow your management team, deliver an excellent guest experience, and run your location with ownership-minded leadership.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead daily operations and manage the floor during peak hours

* Coach, mentor, and develop Department Managers & Shift Leaders

* Build a strong staffing pipeline that meets restaurant needs

* Improve profitability through sales growth, labor management, and waste reduction

* Deliver high standards in QSC, PM routines, and food safety

* Execute new product rollouts and operational initiatives

* Communicate clearly between owner/operator leadership and your team

* Drive community involvement and local store marketing (if desired)
