Sr. Project Manager- Internal Initatives

Job Summary

A dynamic, strategic and resourceful digital/AI first thinker. A leader and facilitator responsible for managing the delivery of multi‑faced internal strategy, emerging technology (AI), application and platform development initiatives. An effective communicator, you will manage, enable, and empower a cross‑functional team to deliver outstanding results for stakeholders and maintain a positive team environment.

• Accountable for the entire project lifecycle on assigned projects, managing multidisciplinary teams across SC&E.
• Manage all communication channels (meetings, workshops, email & documentation) and forums within the project.
• Raise risks early, find solutions, and maintain project expectations on large and complex projects.
• Manage the technical, business and personnel aspects of engagements.
• Manage approved investment and resource management activities for assigned engagements.
• Oversee multiple consulting or delivery teams, providing leadership, guidance and standardized processes, reporting and client communication.
• Serve as day‑to‑day Project Manager for one or more large strategic projects.
• Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality to promote stakeholder satisfaction.
• Produce key project management deliverables such as project charters, plans, risk mitigation plans, change‑management plans.
• Facilitate requirements/design sessions and produce deliverables.
• Monitor project team engagement and performance, providing feedback.
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships.
• Key participant in the business development process; lead delivery‑side business development efforts.
• Assist in estimating effort, resource requirements and schedules.
• Lead risk assessment during proposal process and recommend risk mitigation strategies.

Bachelor’s Degree

At least 7 years of Project Management experience, with at least 5 years in the Technology / Emerging Technology space.

• Experience managing scopes, budgets & resources, including change and resource requests.
• Managing multidisciplinary teams internally and externally.
• Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
• Advanced problem‑solving skills; ability to remove roadblocks.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and driving engagement.
• Strong scope management and ability to set programs for success.
• Excellent documentation and time‑management skills.
• Proactive ownership and responsibility for work.
• Creativity and initiative in work efforts.
• Strategic and tactical planning to meet or exceed objectives.
• Experience applying AI and tools to improve efficiency and support messaging.
• Mentoring ability for other project team members.
• Agile/Scrum experience in a tech consultancy.

Estimated base pay range: $126,000 to $158,000 annually.
