In your role as "(Senior) Manager Group Sustainability
-Regulatory Compliance & Reporting," you will drive the development and implementation of a holistic concept to ensure compliance with relevant global sustainability regulations and reporting standards.
As a sparring partner, you will support the operational companies in implementing regulatory requirements. You will monitor global regulatory developments, assess their impact on the group, and translate them into concrete measures. You will manage and coordinate the group's sustainability reporting, working closely with internal interfaces to ensure regulatory compliance, completeness, and auditability. Lastly, you will ensure clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Heraeus ESG Steering Board).
You will bring with you a successfully completed degree in law, business administration, or a comparable field (legal background is advantageous). You have at least five years of professional experience in an international corporation, consulting firm, audit firm, or legal environment. You have experience in the field of ESG-Regulatory Compliance and Sustainability Reporting. You have experience in independently structuring and managing (sub-)projects.
You have strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and strong judgment. You have the ability to quickly grasp complex regulatory issues and communicate them to the appropriate audience. You have strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and intercultural competence, as well as fluent English.
