Job Summary

Breakthrough Healthcare is seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support the performance of our internal team. This role is responsible for ensuring office systems run efficiently, staff remain informed and supported, and leadership has clear visibility into operations.

The Office Manager primarily oversees and coordinates internal processes but will step in as needed to maintain smooth operations and continuity of care.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations and support internal team performance
  • Manage staff communication and ensure timely follow-up across departments
  • Run reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Organize and lead staff meetings, including scheduling and coordination
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees
  • Conduct background checks and ensure completion of all onboarding requirements
  • Maintain organization and accuracy of internal documentation and systems
  • Perform client satisfaction surveys and report findings to leadership
  • Support staff education processes in collaboration with training team members
  • Order and manage office supplies and operational needs
  • Assist in maintaining a positive, professional, and accountable workplace culture
  • Provide after-hours support and assist with urgent operational needs as necessary
  • Step in to support operational tasks when needed to ensure continuity of services
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in administrative coordination, healthcare, or related field
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
  • Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
