Senior Director/Director Operations, Virtu Ox (RCM, Customer Support, Logistics)

The Head of Tech-Enabled Operations will strengthen and unify Virtu Ox operations by building a scalable operating model that elevates maturity, integrates new and adjacent offerings, and advances automation and AI across diagnostic, logistics, and clinical workflows. The leader partners closely with Resmed enterprise teams—including product, engineering, supply chain operations, and legal—to define the pathway for integrating Virtu Ox capabilities into Resmed’s broader infrastructure where it improves scale, compliance, and business performance.

This role requires strong executive presence, mastery of detail, and the ability to translate complex operations into clear, decision‑ready insights.

Responsibilities
  • Build an integrated operating framework that unifies Sleepifi, Virtu Ox, drop‑ship services, and emerging solutions.
  • Establish capacity planning, forecasting, and throughput models that strengthen performance without unnecessary overhead.
  • Create standardized processes that scale across sites, offerings, and new business models.
  • Partner with managers who run day‑to‑day operations to raise operational maturity and consistency.
  • Design automated and AI‑enabled workflows that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and accelerate service delivery.
  • Modernize legacy processes and embed digital‑first execution across operational teams.
  • Introduce new operating models that support future offerings and external commercial opportunities.
  • Lead the integration of operational processes from acquisitions and new service expansions.
  • Work with Resmed supply‑chain operations and legal to determine optimal timing, scope, and value for deeper integration.
  • Align systems and workflows to enterprise platforms when they deliver measurable performance, compliance, or scale advantages.
  • Ensure operations meet regulatory, quality, and accreditation requirements across all states and sites.
  • Establish a strong operational risk management framework that safeguards business continuity.
  • Develop clear performance dashboards and metrics that inform senior leadership and guide operational decisions.
  • Shape long‑range operational strategy and prepare the organization for scale, integration, and innovation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.
  • Build and develop high‑performing teams aligned with Resmed values.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience leading operations in healthcare services, diagnostics, digital health, or related environments.
  • Demonstrated success building scalable, standardized operations across multiple sites or functional areas.
  • Proven track record pioneering digital transformation and deploying AI‑enabled workflows in operational settings.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements and clinical operations.
  • Strong integrator who thrives at the intersection of operations, product, technology, and clinical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the month.
Leadership Style
  • Visionary operator with a bias for innovation
  • Process‑driven with strong execution discipline
  • Collaborative, transparent, and highly effective at influencing across organizations

Eligible employees (30 or more hours per week) receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, life, disability, sleep care management, HSA, FSA, commuter benefits, 401(k), ESPP, EAP, tuition assistance, PTO, holidays, and caregiver leave.
