• Provide strategic oversight and execution of logistics operations supporting labor disruption events
• Direct and oversee concurrent logistics work streams (housing, travel, ground transportation, induction/orientation support)
• Drive coordination across cross-functional teams to eliminate silos and ensure unified delivery across all logistics channels
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing logistics teams; hold team members accountable for execution, outcomes, and adherence to SLAs
• Lead logistics execution in fast-paced, high-risk, and time-sensitive strike environments
• Maintain real-time visibility into logistics performance, proactively addressing disruptions, delays, or risks
• Identify logistics risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Monitor vendor performance, service level adherence, and logistical KPIs; implement corrective actions as needed
• Provide executive-level updates on logistics readiness, risks, and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience within logistics management OR High School Diploma/GED plus 11-14 years of work experience within logistics management
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry
- Experience in managing operations during a strike event
