Imperial Headwear is seeking a self-directed Shipping Supervisor to oversee outbound shipping, ensuring orders ship accurately and on time. You will lead 3 leads and 10–12 direct reports, coordinate with production and customer service, and drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
You will manage daily shipping activities for domestic and international orders, maintain accuracy in WMS/ERP systems, track KPIs, and collaborate across departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
