Key Responsibilities
- Leading teams and overseeing the execution of work aligned to project, client, and business objectives
- Balancing people leadership with operational accountability
- Ensuring high-quality delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget
- Providing experienced leadership and operational oversight across multiple projects or functional areas
- Managing scope, budget, schedule, and risk across all project phases
- Ensuring all work complies with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
- Driving continuous improvement and best practice adoption both internally and on behalf of clients
- Bachelor's Degree (and/or Masters) in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of capital project delivery experience
- 5 years as a project manager or workstream lead on projects in the $5M - $200M TIC range
- Strong understanding of life sciences capital delivery, including CQV, GEP, and operational readiness
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel as required for client project assignments
- PMP strongly preferred
