Responsibilities
- Responsible for strategy development and execution for the portfolio
- Develop and manage strategic action plans to achieve performance targets
- Understand the portfolio dynamics to develop, support and implement key business strategies
- Own and drive overall portfolio financial performance and key growth metrics
- Lead cross‑functional client teams in achieving strategic projects and key deliverables
- Represent SYF's interests in negotiations with the client
- Manage weekly and monthly client and corporate reporting
- Bachelor's Degree or high school equivalent plus 12+ years of business development / client management experience
- Minimum of 7 years of business development/client management experience in credit card, fintech, Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL), or Digital Wallet platforms
- Minimum of 5 years negotiation and contract management experience
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
- MBA preferred
