- Proficiency in math and problem-solving
- Ability to manage and motivate team members effectively
- Solid understanding of food safety principles and practices
- Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial management
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Food handling certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education is a plus
