Job Description & How to Apply Below
- • Own the product roadmap and platform backlog, including feature intake, prioritization, grooming, and readiness, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, technical strategy, and delivery capacity
- • Translate roadmap priorities into executable plans by defining quarterly objectives, developing coordinated delivery plans, and maintaining backlogs that connect long‑range strategy to day‑to‑day execution
- • Drive end‑to‑end execution of cross‑functional R&D initiatives by tracking work against commitments, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring predictable delivery across the product development lifecycle—from concept through design transfer and release

- • Use data and metrics to inform decisions and course‑correct, including tracking delivery health, milestone progress, and key performance indicators related to scope, schedule, quality, and risk
- • Communicate clearly and proactively with leadership and partners, providing regular updates on roadmap progress, execution status, risks, and mitigation plans to support timely, informed decision‑making
