Responsibilities
- Set the strategy for the entire Voice product line
- Manage a team of PMs across the Voice line
- Own the P&L for Voice, with a revenue target
- Build enterprise customer relationships
- Cross-functional leadership with engineering, GTM, design, and customer success
- Contribute to product strategy across Maven's multi-modal platform.
- 8-12+ years of product management experience
- Deep voice or telephony domain expertise
- Direct experience with telephony platforms and contact-center systems
- Experience owning a P&L or a revenue target
- Experience scaling a product line from early traction through significant growth
- Real fluency in AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents
- Executive presence.
Demonstrates extensive product management experience with a focus on voice and telephony, including P&L ownership and revenue target achievement. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong enterprise customer relationships while contributing to product strategy in a multi-modal platform.
