Vice President Operations DescriptionOur client is a well-established and growing
Hospice
organization. They have a current opening for a Vice of Operations for multiple locations across California. There will be travel expectations throughout California. Medicare
Hospice leadership experience is required. This person will manage operations, financials, census & revenue growth, and help to create a positive culture. Relocation candidates welcome to apply.
- 10+ years of senior operations leadership experience.
- Multi-site Hospice leadership experience.
- Excellent understanding of Medicare regulations and COP’s.
- Ability to travel throughout California.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee operations & financials for multiple area locations.
- Oversight of directly reporting leaders.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Work with business development team to grow census.
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
