Airport Supervisor/ Officer

Main duties

The main duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Supervising ground handling activities to ensure they are conducted in accordance with the contracted Ground Handling Agreement, including aircraft arrival, departure, and turnaround processes.
• Supervising passengers, baggage and cargo aircraft handling activities
• Supervising the handling of flight disruptions in accordance with established rules and regulations.
• Supervising the handling of passengers with special needs (PRM, UMNR, etc.) in accordance with established rules and regulations.
• Supervising that flight related information, messages, notifications and documents
• Handling and following up on customer complaints and baggage claims in coordination with the concerned parties.
• Ensuring that airside safety and security regulations are implemented during aircraft servicing.
• Supervising loading and offloading activities to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Supervising and ensuring that all required service providers (fueling, catering, and cleaning) are available on time.
• Supervising the availability and serviceability of the required Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and ULDs.
• Reading and interpreting aircraft load sheets and checked baggage details.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience
