Project Manager IV - Credit & Fraud

Role Overview
This role manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. The Project Manager is accountable for meeting agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures. The position involves developing project plans, driving milestones, and establishing effective communication with the project team and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide governance, guidance, and performance oversight to ensure consistent delivery standards.
- Ensure alignment of project execution with broader program objectives and business priorities.
- Establish and maintain project-level oversight across multiple initiatives operating in hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery gaps across projects and drive mitigation strategies.
- Standardize reporting, processes, and operational cadence across project teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Facilitate cross-functional standups and program reviews with participants ranging from testers to executive stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of program/project management experience, with demonstrated leadership of Project Managers.
- Proven experience managing large-scale programs with multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong background in hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership (Director/VP level).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project, Visio, and reporting and presentation development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting telecom, customer operations, or call center environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Amazon Kiro and AI-assisted workflow tools.
- Experience building standardized reporting frameworks across programs.
