Branch Manager

We are looking for a driven professional to lead our Fort Leonard Wood Branch right in the heart of our military community.

Role Description The Branch Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Fort Leonard Wood, MO. The Branch Manager oversees day-to-day branch operations, including supervising staff, ensuring excellent member service, and managing cash controls and transaction accuracy. This role is responsible for meeting branch sales and service goals, coaching team members, and promoting credit union products such as deposit accounts, loans, and digital services.

The Branch Manager monitors branch performance, prepares reports, enforces policies and regulatory compliance, and addresses complex member inquiries or issues. The role also involves building relationships in the local community, supporting marketing initiatives, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
