Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop and ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed of service.;
Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.;
Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.;
Provide exceptional customer service to guests and nurture an equitable, welcoming culture.
