Sales Manager
As one of Premium's elite Sales Managers, you'll drive sales for significant TV and Internet brands by leading a team of high-performance sales representatives across assigned retail stores.

What will you do?
- Lead, train, and coach a team of sales representatives in an assigned territory of two to five retail stores.
- Educate representatives on all aspects of position assignments/service orders to ensure success.
- Ensure your team meets productivity and performance requirements and assist them in overcoming challenges regarding reaching metrics and other performance issues.
- Provide in-store support to your team when necessary.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement operational best practices that support, promote, or enhance business direction and desired outcomes.
- Create a culture of performance excellence that attracts and retains top talent.
- Proactively recruit, interview, hire, and onboard Wireless Professionals/Specialists to fill vacancies if applicable.
- Maintain awareness of all issues that arise from staff, clients, or customers and develop action plans in collaboration with management and/or Human Resources.
- Demonstrate your team's success to management and other teams by showcasing metrics.

- Building and maintaining long-term trusting partnerships with store leadership, associates, representatives, corporate support teams, and the local client team.

- Adhering to program and contract budgets.
What experience should you have?
- Undergraduate bachelor's degree preferred;
High School Diploma required. - Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MapPoint) proficiency.
- Extensive use of proprietary systems that track sales, expenses, service orders, performance management ratings, etc.
- Valid driver's license in the state of residence. Proof of vehicle insurance required upon request, if applicable.
