XPO is seeking a Freight Operations Supervisor in Missouri to lead and supervise all facets of freight operations, develop procedures, manage workloads, and ensure on-time, damage-free delivery. You will coach staff, enforce safety and regulatory policies, and drive continuous improvement within the shift and service center.
Required are 2 years of related experience, knowledge of LTL, OSHA/DOT rules, and the ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
