Business Director, Product Strategy – Analysis

• Partner with CDX leaders to define business strategies
• Tackle strategic questions using a consulting-style model
• Lead priority strategic initiatives for CDX, such as AI transformation
• Support the organization's intelligence unit with analytics, landscape assessments, and thematic deep dives
• Set the vision for long-term product innovation
• Partner with engineering to deliver product prototypes
• Lead strategy and product people leaders and individual contributors
• Invest in team development and create a talent pipeline
• Establish trusted relationships with internal and external customers and key stakeholders

• Role model AI adoption by inventing and spreading solutions that improve work efficiency and quality

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 4 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
• At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
• At least 2 years of experience performing people management
• At least 2 years of experience performing project management
