Uni Group, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Fleet Operations at our Des Peres, Missouri headquarters to lead the Fleet Operations team and drive operational performance, fleet utilization, and financial results.
This on-site role requires strong leadership, collaboration with agency partners and van operators, and a focus on continuous improvement to optimize transportation services across the network.
You will mentor staff, monitor KPIs, and contribute to customer implementations and service delivery.
