A fast-growing global consumer brand is seeking an experienced operations and administration leader to oversee workplace operations, administrative functions, and regional office management. This highly visible leadership role partners closely with executive leadership to ensure business operations run efficiently while supporting continued organizational growth.
This position is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who enjoys building scalable processes, leading high-performing teams, and creating exceptional employee experiences across multiple office locations.
What You'll Do- Lead day-to-day workplace operations and administrative functions across multiple business locations, ensuring efficient, professional office environments.
- Anticipate operational needs and proactively implement improvements that enhance business effectiveness and employee experience.
- Manage large-scale workplace initiatives from planning through execution, including office expansions, relocations, renovations, and company-wide meetings and events.
- Partner closely with Human Resources, Finance, and executive leadership to align operational priorities with evolving business needs.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration while supporting communication and coordination across domestic and international teams.
- Build scalable administrative processes that support rapid organizational growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop an administrative operations team by establishing priorities, driving accountability, and fostering continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted operational partner capable of balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience leading administrative operations, workplace services, or business operations within a fast-paced organization.
- Candidates with 7–8 years of experience and demonstrated success managing teams may also be considered.
- Proven experience leading administrative or workplace operations across multiple office locations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing initiatives while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional business teams.
- Professional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as business needs require.
- Experience supporting multinational or global organizations.
- Experience leading workplace expansion, office buildouts, or large-scale operational projects.
- Highly efficient workplace operations that support business growth.
- Successful execution of complex operational and workplace initiatives.
