Role
Vice President, Head of Transactions and Partnering, leading strategic business development activities within Revolution Medicines' oncology focus, primarily on RAS pathway inhibitors.
Responsibilities- oversee evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and execution of licensing, collaborations, co-development, and alliance agreements
- serve as senior negotiator for high-value transactions
- lead cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and support external relationship building
- advise senior leadership and boards on deal strategies and economics
- build and lead a high-performing transactions team.
- advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, or business (MBA, PhD, MD, PharmD preferred)
- 15+ years in biotech/pharma BD, with proven experience leading complex deals, including licensing, co-development, or acquisitions
- deep understanding of biopharma drug development, valuation, IP, and partnership models
- strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
- experience with oncology therapeutics, precision medicine, and global transactions
- extensive network across biotech, pharma, venture capital, and academia
- oncology, RAS inhibitors, licensing/collaborations, senior leadership, cross-functional team leadership, global deal experience.
