- Oversee the operation and results of five locations within the Indiana North Central Market
- Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan across all locations
- Coordinate location activities with General Managers and monitor capture rates
- Hold staff accountable for shop performance, company mission, SOP adherence, and documented performance
- Lead market load leveling through daily calls
- Recruit, interview, and train new hires
- Coach staff, resolve customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Pursue continuous education and development opportunities for employees
- Participate in external marketing and team-building activities
- Promote safe, clean working conditions; review audits and safety records; enforce PPE policies
- Work with corporate staff on external market growth, internal reporting, and communications
- Review location performance against goals and coach managers
- Contact claims managers and dealer accounts monthly
- Conduct monthly in-person operations reviews and audits with location managers
- Develop relationships with insurance contacts and referral points and ensure timely client responsiveness
- Minimum of five years collision repair industry
- Minimum of three years of management
- ICAR Platinum certification preferred
- Estimating license if applicable in the state
- Ability to read and understand financial statements
- Extensive estimating experience
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job; reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities
Demonstrates strong leadership in managing multiple locations within the collision repair industry, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company standards. Capable of developing staff through training and coaching while maintaining customer satisfaction and safety compliance.
