Senior Manager, Global Tracking

• Act as a thought partner to clients, educating them throughout the process and building lasting relationships
• Advise direct reports and share responsibility for their growth and development
• Lead project activities while achieving excellent financial results
• Help lead long-term, large-scale tracking engagements as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage data collection, processing, tabulation, analysis, and reporting
• Translate complex findings into compelling stories
• Strategize alongside Material business leaders
• Influence and advise business decisions and adapt to technologies that drive efficiency
• Work with programming, design, data collection, marketing, and data science teams
• Mentor and develop team members

• Bachelor’s degree and 4-7 years of professional experience in a related field
• Willing to coordinate and lead daily team activities
• Able to provide immediate supervision to direct reports, including assigning tasks, checking work, and maintaining schedules
• Willing to spend a portion of time performing the work of supervised employees
• Experience or interest in developing management skills
• Experience conducting market research
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Ability to adhere to detailed processes and strong attention to detail
• Basic SPSS skills
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, maintain timelines, make strategic decisions, and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Analytical and strategic problem-solving skills with strong business acumen
• Ability to foster a positive client experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in social sciences, business, economics, or a related field
• Experience with tracking methodologies preferred
