Vice President – Infrastructure, Operational Support Services

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for long-range property planning and WWP's strategic property acquisition vision
• Provide executive leadership for mission support resources and services
• Establish and lead enterprise strategy for facilities, workplace services, travel, procurement, safety, and other mission support services
• Lead enterprise real estate strategy, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, workplace planning, and management of properties
• Provide executive oversight of facilities operations, construction, maintenance, space management, safety, security, emergency preparedness, and service delivery across all locations
• Shape travel and event support strategy
• Champion enterprise procurement and sourcing practices
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing leadership team
• Establish performance measures and service standards aligned with organizational strategy
• Build partnerships across Programs, Finance, Legal, IT, Human Resources, Safety, and other business functions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on mission support strategy, capital planning, resource optimization, and enterprise risk
• Attend and actively participate in required training and meetings
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Travel up to 25%

• Twelve years of progressively responsible experience leading complex, enterprise-wide operations, real estate, facilities, procurement, travel, safety, or shared services
• Ten years of experience overseeing a broad, multi-location portfolio of infrastructure and support services
• Eight years of senior leadership experience
• Experience managing significant operating and capital budgets, real estate transactions, supplier relationships, and complex contracts
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to influence senior leaders, collaborate across functions, and drive enterprise-wide initiatives
• Knowledge of enterprise real estate, facilities, procurement, travel, safety, and shared service delivery models
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Ability to establish governance frameworks, performance measures, and service standards
• Proven ability to lead organizational change, implement scalable operating models, and drive continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree
• Valid state-issued driver’s license
