Coach and develop front-line staff including kitchen crew and Twin Peaks Girls;
Ensure Steps of Service are followed and motivate staff to provide PEAKS service to every table;
Proactively recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls that meet audition guidelines;
Maintain organized training schedules and materials for new employees;
