Platform Manager

We are a new car dealership group committed to operational excellence, strong customer satisfaction, and a culture of accountability and integrity. We are looking for a Platform Manager to lead our stores, develop our management teams, and drive profitable, compliant growth across the group.

The Platform Manager has full executive oversight of the dealerships within the platform, including new and used vehicle sales, F&I, service, and parts. This leader is responsible for each store's profitability, the performance and development of every department manager, full compliance with federal, state, and manufacturer requirements, and strong relationships with our OEM partners. The ideal candidate is a proven dealership operator who knows how to hit numbers the right way.

• 10+ years of franchised new car dealership experience, including at least 5 years as a General Manager or multi-store operator.
• Proven track record of improving dealership profitability across both variable and fixed operations.
• Deep understanding of dealership financial statements, OEM financial reporting, and key performance metrics.
• Demonstrated success recruiting, leading, and developing department managers.
• Strong knowledge of federal and California laws and regulations affecting dealership sales, F&I, service, advertising, and employment.
• Experience managing OEM relationships and meeting manufacturer performance and facility standards.
• Proficiency with major DMS and CRM platforms (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealer track, Tekion, Vin Solutions, or similar).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• High integrity and a commitment to ethical business practices.
• Ability to travel between store locations regularly.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; NADA Dealer Academy or equivalent training a plus.
• Must pass background check and drug screen, and hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
