What You'll Do

As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the facility while creating a culture centered on quality care, accountability, teamwork, and resident dignity.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead all day-to-day operations of the facility.

• Build and develop an engaged, accountable leadership team.

• Foster a positive culture focused on resident care and employee engagement.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

• Drive clinical quality, census growth, financial performance, and operational excellence.

• Support residents, families, and staff through compassionate, visible leadership.

• Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.

• Lead change initiatives while creating stability and trust throughout the organization.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

• Current Missouri Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license.

• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.

• Demonstrated success improving challenged operations or leading organizational turnaround efforts.

• Experience working with behavioral health residents and managing complex resident populations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

• Progressive leadership experience.

• 4 year's experience as a Nursing Home Administrator

• Ability to remain calm under pressure while making confident, timely decisions.

• High integrity, accountability, and professionalism.

• A hands-on leadership style with the willingness to lead from the front.
