The Senior Project Manager role at Advanced Bionics is a key leadership role responsible for driving the successful execution of medium to large-scale projects, with a focus on product change projects,that are critical to organizational success. This position ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget whilemaintainingcompliance with quality and regulatory standards. Acting asa central pointof coordination across multiple departments, the Senior Project Manager fosters collaboration, mitigates risks, and champions process improvements.

By combining strategic oversight with hands‑on project management, this role supports business priorities, enhances operational efficiency, and contributes to long‑term growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop and managecomprehensiveprojectplans,including scope,timelines,resource allocation, andcontingencystrategies.

Implement robustriskmanagementprocessesandensureadherencetoprojectobjectivesandsuccesscriteria.

Provideregularstatusupdates,financialperformancereports, andensurealignmentwithbusinesspriorities.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Act as theprimaryliaisonbetweenprojectteamsandstakeholdersacrossdepartmentssuch as R&D,Operations, Quality, and Legal.

Facilitatecollaborationtoensuredeliverablesmeetqualitystandardsandprojectrequirements.

Workstream Management:

Overseemultipleprojectworkstreams, monitor progress,identify issues, andresolveconflictspromptly.

Evaluate trade-offsbetweenscope,complexity, andcosttomaintainprojectintegrity.

Process Improvement:

Drivecontinuousimprovementinprojectmanagementpractices,includingstandardizationofworkflowsanddocumentation.

Promotebestpracticesandcoachteamstoenhanceefficiencyandeffectiveness.

Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain transparent andproactivecommunicationwithsponsorsandkeystakeholdersthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.

Ensurealignmentonobjectives,milestones, and deliverables.

Bachelor’sdegreeor
10yearsequivalentworkexperience,degreeinengineeringand /oradvanceddegreea plus

PMPCertification, SCRUM Master nice tohave

6+yearsexperienceas a Project Manager formedicaldevice,class3electromechanicalmedicaldeices(activeimplantabledevices) a plus

Ability tothoroughlyanalyzecomplexsystemsandsituations

Willingnessandabilitytotakeandassumetimelydecisionswithminimaldirectsupervision
