What We’re Looking For:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all Shipping & Receiving operations and warehouse inventory management at Super Care Health. This leadership role ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant movement of medical equipment and supplies across the central warehouse and all remote locations. The Warehouse Supervisor leads a team of warehouse associates and technicians, driving operational excellence while maintaining a safe, organized, and regulatory-compliant work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspects and assesses the warehouse area daily to prioritize tasks and distribute workload equitably among all team members.
• Clearly communicates daily tasks, responsibilities, and performance expectations to all assigned team members.
• Leads the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of all new department team members and oversees thorough onboarding.
• Ensures every team member receives complete, role-specific training and remains current on all products, equipment, and procedures.
• Monitors team member performance and adherence to company policies; provides coaching and corrective guidance as needed.
• Processes and submits accurate payroll for all team members in accordance with Human Resources requirements and deadlines.
