• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather input and ensure schedules reflect project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, providing recommendations for mitigation strategies.
• Analyze schedule performance and prepare detailed reports, including critical path analysis, resource allocation, and schedule variance.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, timelines, and industry best practices.
• Facilitate regular schedule review meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
• Support the development of baseline schedules and ensure adherence to approved project plans.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on scheduling tools and techniques as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling, with a focus on advanced technology or complex projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, critical path methodology, and resource planning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in project scheduling or project management (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP) is a plus.
