Shamrock Labels is seeking full-time experienced Printing Press Operators (Flexographic) for our O’Fallon, Missouri location.
1st,
2nd and 3rd shift positions available!
Must be able and willing to train on 1st or 2nd shift.
PAY RATE
Starting at $25.00 to $34+per hour (depending upon experience)
Shift differentials: 2nd +1.50/hour and 3rd +$3.00/hour
SCHEDULE
- 8-hour shift + overtime
- 2nd Shift
-Mon-Fri | 2:00 – 10:30pm - 3rd Shift – Sun-Thur | 10:00pm – 6:00am
- Setup and operate flexographic printing presses.
- Load substrates and mount printing plates.
- Mix and prepare inks to match color specifications.
- Monitor press operations to ensure quality and consistency.
- Perform regular quality checks and measurements.
- Adjust press settings to maintain color accuracy and print quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the press.
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Maintain detailed production records and documentation.
- Coordinate with team members and communicate issues to supervisors.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to self-motivate and be industrious
- Ability to read, print, do basic math
- Ability to apply conceptual understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to solve problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
