We are looking for an Industrial Parts Hanger to help support that mission. Due to invisible electromagnetic fields associated with equipment used, any carrier of a pacemaker must avoid this particular work area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hang and remove industrial parts on racks, hooks or conveyor systems according to job specifications and production schedules
• Inspect parts for defects, contamination or incorrect labeling prior to processing
• Verify part placement and spacing to ensure optimal coating, curing or finishing results
• Read and follow work orders and process instructions accurately
• Maintain production flow by organizing parts and racks to support continuous operations.
• Use tools and equipment such as load bars, grinders, hoists or specialty hooks for secure part attachment
• Track and record completed work
• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage
• Communicate issues such as damaged parts, missing components or equipment malfunctions to supervisors

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in powder coating environment is a plus, but not required
• Excellent attention to detail and quality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and hang parts (light to heavy) repeatedly throughout shift
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

WORK CONDITIONS

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

This position regularly requires walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, kneeling and climbing stairs. It also often requires pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting 50+ lbs. and working in a variety of weather conditions and noise levels.
