Manufacturing Production, Forklift Operator
Primary Duty
The primary responsibility is to cut, punch and drill parts to print. You'll also set up and maintain equipment, use hand tools and operate a forklift & overhead crane.

SupervisionSupervision is by the Shop Manager.
Conditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidates must pass a criminal background check. Candidate must meet the requirements of the full job description throughout the duration of employment with Mari Corp U.S. and must follow all policies outlined in the employee handbook.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Follow directions.
- Performs other duties, as required by the company.
Work does not involve significant out-of-town travel.
Technical ExperienceExperience working in a production environment is helpful.
Required Education and CertificationsNo supervisory responsibility for other employees. Company effectiveness depends upon a strong teamwork environment.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics- Knowledge of materials used.
- Ability to identify any quality issues or defects in materials.
- Must be able to read and understand shop drawings.
- Must be able to operate a forklift.

Physical Requirements:
- Seeing:
Must be able to see well enough to see computer screens and read documents and measurements. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Must have 20/20 vision (with or without correction). - Hearing:
Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with vendors, customers, and other employees. - Sitting:
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. - Standing/Walking:
Must be able to move about production floor. - Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling:
Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up products and construction materials. - Lifting/Pulling/Pushing:
Lifts, pulls, pushes, sorts, and carries supplies and equipment up to 75 lbs or more. - Grasping/Feeling:
Must be able to grasp and use construction equipment and power tools.
Work Environment:
Primary work location is a warehouse/production facility. Work is generally performed between 6:00 and 4:30. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately high due to the operation of power tools and other machinery.
