Warehouse Associate | Production & Fulfillment Technician

On-site – Manufacturing / Warehouse Environment

(Louisiana-based operation)

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Production & Fulfillment Technician to support daily manufacturing, bottling, labeling, and order fulfillment operations. This role is focused on execution—not formulation, sales, or customer-facing technical work.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks in a light industrial setting.

Production & Bottling

• Fill bottles, jugs, and containers according to established procedures
• Assist with packaging of liquid chemical products (air fresheners, wipes, cleaners, etc.)
• Cap, seal, label, and box finished goods
• Stage finished products for shipment or pallet storage
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment (online and wholesale)
• Assist with palletizing and bulk order preparation
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Inventory & Shop Support

• Assist with basic inventory organization and material staging
• Restock packaging materials and supplies as needed
• Follow all safety and handling procedures for chemical products

• No chemical formulation or blending responsibility
• No management or supervisory responsibilities

All formulations and technical decisions are handled by ownership or chemist staff.

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic organizational skills and attention to detail

• Prior experience in light manufacturing, bottling, warehouse, or fulfillment
• Forklift experience (not required)
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and packaging equipment
• Light industrial / warehouse setting
• Exposure to chemical products (PPE and training provided)
• Physically active role with routine production tasks

This role is intended to grow with production volume. Strong performance may lead to increased hours, pay adjustments, or expanded responsibilities over time—but advancement is performance-based, not guaranteed.
