We develop and produce jeans from sample stage to bulk production, supporting brands that build structured collections and long‑term production partnerships. OpportunityWe are expanding internationally and looking for a Business Development Partner to introduce our factory to fashion brands in Europe and the USA. We are particularly interested in brands developing scalable collections and working with consistent production volumes, while remaining open to promising growing labels with clear long‑term potential. This role is structured as a long‑term partnership with performance‑based compensation.
Your Role- Identify and approach fashion brands producing jeans
- Connect us with decision‑makers (founders, production managers, sourcing teams)
- Support early‑stage communication and sample development
- Help build stable and repeat production relationships
- Experience in apparel sourcing, production, or B2B fashion sales
- Existing network within fashion brands
- Understanding of private label manufacturing
- Independent and results‑oriented
- Direct access to a specialized jeans manufacturer in Turkey
- Sample development capability
