Electrical Assembler

Position: Electrical Assembler I
Location: Camdenton

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components, wiring, and hardware to form complete units or subassemblies.
• Use hand tools, small power tools, fixtures, and other equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow detailed instructions, schematics, and diagrams to complete assigned tasks.
• Perform basic inspections of assemblies to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Rework or reassemble units when defects or issues are identified.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workstation.
• Communicate material shortages, assembly issues, or equipment concerns to supervisors.
• Follow company safety practices, procedures, and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant training or hands-on electrical assembly experience.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and small power tools.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift or move materials up to 40 lbs.as needed.
• Repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and fingers.
• Ability to reach, bend, or position body as required for assembly tasks.

Compensation Information:

$17.00 - $18.00/hr
