• Build high-quality vinyl, wood, and aluminum windows and doors
• Operate modern manufacturing equipment (no experience needed - we train you)
• Perform quality checks and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with teammates to hit daily production goals
• Follow safety procedures to keep yourself and others protected

• Starting pay between $19.81 - $25.43/hour
• Guaranteed raises after 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year
