Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Penmac Staffing is hiring full-time Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility in Gerald, Missouri. Assembly Associates help build valves used in refrigeration systems and chemical dispensing units. This role is great for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a fast-paced production environment.

Location:

Gerald, MO

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 3:45 PM;
Fridays, 6:30 AM to 11:30 AM
Pay: $17.10 per hour

• Ability to follow instructions and read basic blueprints
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen

• Perform assembly duties within Valve Assembly Work Centers
• Match and fit parts for assemblies and subassemblies according to blueprint instructions
• Conduct product testing as needed
• Complete documentation accurately
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Adapt to changing production needs
• Work independently and collaboratively with the team

• Pay $17.10 per hour
