Manufacturing Engineer - Metal Tubing / Welding
We're hiring a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer with real experience in metal tubing, welding, and fabrication. This is a floor-focused role-someone who can step in, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes, not just analyze them.
What You'll Do
- Improve and optimize manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot equipment, production, and quality issues
- Drive process improvements and efficiency gains
- Support production and maintenance teams on the floor
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 8+ years manufacturing engineering experience
- Direct experience with metal tubing, welding, or fabricated assemblies
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting + process improvement skills
- You're on the floor, not behind a desk
- You solve problems and own the fix
- You thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments
