Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.00 Hourly

Working as a team with others to produce various styles of knit caps. Fast paced and detail oriented. Maintain highest acceptable quality in process and finished product.

• Carefully reviews paperwork for daily orders that include details such as quantities, colors, due dates, and any specific notes.
• Lifting, pulling, shoving, and pushing boxes that weigh 10-75 lbs.
• Place spools of thread, cord, or other materials on spindles, insert bobbins, and thread ends through machine guides and components.
• Position items under needles, using marks on machines, clamps, templates, or cloth as guides.
• Guide garments or garment parts under machine needles and presser feet to sew parts together.
• Maintain quality of the knit, assuring measurements, sizes, and sew lines are accurate.
• Work at a fast pace to ensure daily production goals are met.
• Perform other duties as requested.

• Must have the ability to work closely with other people.
• Must be punctual and have a positive work attitude.
• The ability to keep your hand and arm steady while moving your arm or while holding your arm and hand in one position.
• Detail oriented.
• Must be willing to cross-train in various positions.
• Some sitting, standing, walking, lifting over 75 lbs., bending, twisting, reaching, stretching, pushing, and pulling required.
