Overview

Class II AHU Fabricator – 1st Shift

Location:

Albany, MO

Shift: 1st Shift | Full-Time

Pay: $21.50

• Ensure hardware and components match Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Install components securely and ensure proper fit and alignment according to the Spec Sheet.
• Prepare product to be painted and shipped.
• Install hardware and custom parts into assembly per specification for HVAC Units.
• Identify proper parts to complete assemblies by reading specification sheets and blueprints.
• Utilize rivet gun, air gun, knife, welding and other hand tools to perform duties.
• Operate bridge crane or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage or work area.
• Perform preventative maintenance and make minor machine repairs as needed.
• Adhere to a production schedule, ensure parts are properly fitted, aligned, and secured, and maintain safety standards.

• Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints and build plans (preferred).
• Previous experience in an industrial setting is a plus.

  Experience:
  
  High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Language Ability:
  Ability to read and comprehend the English language; ability to write simple correspondence.
• Math Ability:
  Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret measurements.
