Location: Sunset Hills
Professional Butcher – Grade A
Pay: £16.80 per hour
Shift Pattern:
Monday To Friday (6.00am to 4.00pm)
We have opportunities for people who want to join a friendly, inclusive, fast-growing business as Skilled Butchery Operatives in our Butchery hall.
The RoleTo support the team in delivering quality pork cuts to our customers, working to the highest of standards. You will be a team player with a natural ability to motivate others and an inherent need to develop yourself through continuous improvement. You must also be very health and safety conscious.

- Health, safety and environmental impacts
You will be competent in the de-boning of pork carcasses in one or more of the following areas:
- Leg
- Shoulder
- Middle
- Be able to communicate effectively in English
- Be physically fit
There is likely to be a block exercise as part of the interview process, so sharpen your knife skills!
