Join our team as a Cycle Counter at Epiroc!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cycle Counter to support inventory accuracy within our manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials, components, and finished goods are accurately tracked and available to support production and customer needs.
Work Type (Onsite):
This position will be based on-site at our Dexter, MI facility. This job opening is not eligible for immigration/work visa sponsorship

Sign-On Bonus Available
This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus, payable to new hires who meet the program's eligibility criteria. Details will be provided during the interview process.
Responsibilities:
* Perform daily and scheduled cycle counts of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including root cause analysis.
* Update and maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system
* Partner with production, shipping, and receiving teams to ensure proper material flow
* Audit inventory locations to ensure organization and accuracy
* Follow and support inventory control procedures and continuous improvement efforts
* Create, update, and print inventory tags and labels for parts, bins, and locations to ensure proper identification and traceability
* Assist with physical inventory counts as needed
Knowledge/
Education:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Basic computer skills (ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, scanners)
Skills and Abilities:
* Ability to read and interpret part numbers and inventory documentation
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
