Job Summary
As an Assembler, you will assemble all heater unit product codes and fabricate necessary components as required per work order, blueprint, and engineering specification.
Job Responsibilities- Lays out diagram for electrical installations according to wiring specifications.
- Drills and taps holes in specified locations for mounting control units.
- Attaches breakers, relays, connectors, bus bars, transformers, and insulators.
- Hydro test per specification.
- Paints product as necessary.
- Installs and wires thermostats and other options.
- Fabricates bussing, and solders connections.
- Tests and adjusts electrical components.
- Discusses errors in diagrams or production order with supervision or engineering to clarify assembly problems.
