Production Assembly and Support

Job Overview

Taylor Print & Visual Impressions is looking for a Production Assembly and Support worker in our Fenton, MO location. To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

• Perform various hand operations such as applying labels to products, cutting, and wrapping products using tape dispensers.
• Operate foot controls and use feet for flexion/repetitive motion.
• Pack products in boxes, tape lids of boxes shut appropriately for proper shipping while inspecting product for any quality defects.
• Stack, pack, and transport printed materials in various stages of completion on pallets as they accumulate on delivery tables of specific equipment.
• Read and follow specific job instructions to produce an order according to spec.
• Maintain attendance according to facility guidelines and work constructively with co‑workers, supervisors, and vendors.
• Float across departments and assist where needed.
• Follow safety rules, procedures, and standards.
• Duties may occasionally be performed while seated but will likely be performed while standing.

1st shift;
Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

• Read, interpret, and decipher general written instructions from documents such as work orders, parts orders, safety regulations, operating procedures, or other job‑specific written documents.
• Speak and communicate effectively with fellow employees.
• Perform basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Apply common‑sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Remain in a stationary position regularly.
• Operate machinery and handle products including print materials.
• Move inside the facility frequently.
• Move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull, and/or carry).
