Job DescriptionAs a Fabricator, you will operate a band saw and other types of saws to custom fabricate fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite, and other specialized insulation. You will work safely in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring daily production levels are met while maintaining quality and safety.
Responsibilities- Safely and efficiently operate appropriate equipment.
- Accurately measure material for efficiency.
- Maintain quality and housekeeping.
- Ensure production levels are met daily.
- Comply with all safety requirements.
- Perform other fabrication duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- Experience and/or training in a manufacturing/fabrication/warehouse environment (preferred).
- Medical certification to wear respirator (if required).
- Basic computer skills (preferred).
- Forklift certified.
- High school diploma or GED required.
This is a safety-sensitive position.
Travel RequirementsLocal travel only, less than 10%.
Physical RequirementsProlonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength are required. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific duties.

$13.00 – $30.00 per hour. Actual base salary will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
