Eastridge Workforce Solutions is now hiring several Electronics Assemblers for a company that creates mission‑critical cables and connectors for various industries like aerospace, medical, and space. Our growing client is located in Garden Grove, CA, and is looking to hire several Electronic Assemblers
. These positions are on 2nd shift, however you MUST be able to do classroom training from 8 am - 4:30 pm for about 2‑3 weeks. If you meet the qualifications outlined below and are available to start immediately, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

• Wire assembly, and installation of electronic components according to blueprint specifications
• Perform tests on finished products before packaging
• Use of small hand tools to complete job requirements
• Complete device history records and daily production logs

• 6 months' experience in a related field preferred
• Manual dexterity, able to comprehend detailed instructions
• Comfortable working with hand tools
• Must meet ITAR requirements
• Soldering, harnessing, and wiring experience a plus
• Training in a classroom setting must be comfortable with that for an 8 hr. period for a min. of 2 weeks.
• A background, drug screen will also be required
